Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. All orders are shipped 5-7 business days from your purchase date. (Monday-Friday, not including holidays)
- Your products are securely packaged with bubble wrap and placed in poly mailers and/or boxes. We do our very best to ensure your product is protected while en route to you.
Shipping Speed:
Please be aware that shipping times with the USPS are very unpredictable. We have no control over the speed in which your package travels or if the tracking updates appropriately once it is in the hands of the USPS. We do not offer refunds or replacements on orders that are delayed in transit.
Returns:
- Every badge reel is custom made to your specifications when you check out. Because of the many options we offer, all badge reels are considered custom orders and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Due to the sensitive nature of hair accessories, these products are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
- Sale items and gift cards are also ineligible for returns.
Badge Reel Warranty
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Our badge reels are sourced out by the highest quality provider in the industry.
- Badge reel mechanisms (closures, clips, retraction) are tested multiple times before your product is created.
- While we rarely have problems, should your reel mechanism break within 3 months of your badge reel marked as delivered (via USPS tracking), please email us immediately with a photograph of the broken reel. The badge topper design must also be included in the photograph to be considered for a replacement.
- If the exact design you ordered is available in our shop, we will send you an exact replacement. If your design is not available, anything of equal value is available as your replacement. Replacements with tracking will be sent within 5-7 business days.
Lost or Missing Mail:
Once your package has been handed over to the USPS, it is no longer in our hands. Please reach out directly to your local post office regarding delays or delivery issues. Lost or missing mail often can be located by contacting your local post office, checking with your neighbors and/or filling out a missing mail claim form on the USPS website. If your package is marked as delivered and you haven't received it, please contact your local post office ASAP for assistance. We do not send replacements for orders that are marked as delivered via your USPS tracking number.
